We have now been in Wales one week, and it has been a fast seven days. Unfortunately, we do not yet have very convenient access to the Internet or else I would have posted something before now.
We have enjoyed our time here so far, although it has not been without a few challenges. We are definitely looking forward to getting our container next week, but the Lord has provided what we need for now. We did find out that our container was “randomly selected” for a security scan, which is holding it up a few extra days.
The kids are doing fine. I don't think they realize that we have moved to a different continent. Marcia is doing well also – looking forward to setting up our home once everything arrives. The delay has given us time to paint, however, which is a blessing.
Sunday was great. Everyone seemed glad to have us there, and it was a blessing to pick up the friendships that we began on our last visit as well as make some new friends.
A few prayer requests: grace to respond rightly to the various adjustments we are making; that our container would arrive in a timely fashion; wisdom to turn new relationships toward evangelistic opportunities.
Thank you for praying for us!
