Today is Marcia's birthday! Since her parents are here visiting, they will be watching the kids while Marcia and I head up to the island of Anglesey for a night away in a B&B, courtesy of some friends in the States. We are looking forward to the 24 hours away.
As the husband of the birthday girl, without hesitation I do assert that I am married to the most wonderful woman on the planet. That's not to disparage other excellent wives and mothers and the good job they are doing, but it is important to give honor where honor is due. I give thanks to God for giving me such a wonderful wife.
Anyway, happy birthday Marcia!
